Daily Storage Practices
Follow specific guidelines to keep the formula stable:
- Cap closure: Tighten the cap firmly right after dosing to prevent alcohol evaporation.
- Storage location: Place the bottle in a dark cupboard, away from heat sources, ovens, and windows.
- Moisture avoidance: Do not store extracts in the bathroom, as steam fluctuations compromise the dropper seal.
Returns and Support
If you receive a bottle with cracked glass or a defective dropper, you are eligible for a replacement within 14 days of delivery. Contact the workshop by email with your batch number and a photo of the package.
