45-day refund guarantee

The return window is 45 days from the delivery date of the parcel. This applies if the product arrived broken, is defective, if the wrong item was sent, or if you simply no longer need it.

Return conditions

Damaged or defective product: replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs. Please send us clear photos along with your message.
Incorrect item: we will dispatch the correct product and arrange collection of the incorrect item at our shipping expense.
Returns due to change of mind: the product must remain unopened, in its box, with an intact digestive harmony safety seal and label. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Bottles with opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene protection reasons. They are accepted only if the contents prove to be defective.

To safeguard public health, hygiene, and biosecurity, items whose authenticity seal or protective cap has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with after delivery are strictly excluded from the right of return and will not be accepted.

Product return procedure

Within 45 days of receipt, send an email to [email protected] or call +30 108 750 377. State your order number, the reason for return, and attach clear photos if the bottle is damaged.
We will respond in writing within one business day with the return authorization code and destination address.
Place the product in its original box, include a note with the return code inside, and seal the package securely.
Dispatch the package to the return address and send us the tracking number by email. Keep the proof of posting until the refund is complete.

Refunds and processing time

We inspect the item within 3 business days of arrival and confirm the refund by email. Refunds are issued using the original payment method: for cash on delivery orders, we transfer the funds to your designated bank account, while for direct bank payments, the funds are returned to the same account. The bank will display the funds within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges and cancellations

If you want a different product, follow the return process and place a new order. We credit the amount as soon as we receive the original bottle. Order cancellation is free of charge before the package is dispatched: send an email to [email protected] with your order number.
