3.1 VAT and customs duties

Prices for deliveries within Greece include applicable VAT. For shipments outside Greece, local customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient to the local authority. If you refuse to accept the parcel at customs, we deduct the return costs from your refund amount.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We do not store bank card numbers on this website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Your order is recorded as soon as you complete the fields at checkout. You receive an initial message with the order number. The sale is finalized once we package the products and send you the tracking code. Until that point, we reserve the right to refuse fulfillment and refund the payment.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

If payment does not go through, the bottles do not leave the shelf. For cash on delivery orders, if you do not collect the parcel from the courier, it returns to us and the order is canceled.

We only retain the details needed to print the shipping label, issue the receipt, and ensure the website operates properly, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You can view cookie settings on the designated page. These documents apply as part of these terms.

Use each extract according to the drops and instructions on the bottle and its box. Keep bottles out of reach of young children. Photographs show our actual products. The natural color of the extract may vary slightly depending on the harvest or your screen, without this indicating a quality issue.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store bottles in a cool, dark place, as indicated on the label. Do not consume the contents after the expiration date. Dispose of the glass bottle in your local glass recycling bins.

Check your address details carefully: if the parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we deduct shipping costs from the refund.

We accept product returns within 45 days of receipt, in accordance with the terms on the Returns page. Contact us to receive the return code and laboratory address. We credit the value of the products. Shipping costs are refunded only if we sent the wrong item or a defective bottle. Statutory withdrawal rights apply in full.

The formulas contain the botanical ingredients listed on the label and are delivered sealed. The company provides the legal warranty of conformity of goods in accordance with the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, ensuring that products are delivered sealed, within their shelf life, and according to the stated specifications. In the event of a proven defect within the legal warranty, we inspect the sample and issue a replacement or refund. We do not cover damage caused by improper storage in direct sunlight, opened caps, or damage occurring after delivery.

We reserve the right to terminate an account or decline a subsequent order from any customer who breaches these terms. Parcels already handed over to the carrier will be delivered as normal.
